1-Meeting Uchiha Sasuke


~Konoha Village~

A girl wakes up as usual, getting dressed then going for an early walk.
This girl is you.

You are Yu Gure from the Konoha Village.
You live by yourself in a small, two storey apartment.
You aren't what people call 'rich' but you are rather on the poor side if you are to describe your state.
You only have two pairs of clothes and only enough money to feed yourself and to rent the apartment.
But nobody knows this and you are admired by a lot of guys in the Konoha Village.

Since you don't have a shower in your apartment, you always go to the river to wash your very long hair which reaches lower than your waist.

So this is where you are heading right now.
You are walking towards a calm shallow river which is a 10 minute walk from your apartment.
It is so early that not much people are awake yet. It is just early dawn.

On your way, you see a black, spiky-haired boy with cold eyes walking towards your direction.
He has his hands in his pockets and is walking in about the same pace as you.

This was suprising because you don't normally see people up this early.
You bow your head for respect as you pass the boy.
The boy stops and turns around after you pass him, but you keep walking until he speaks to you.

"Yu Gure"

You stop on your tracks and stare back towards him.

"Uchiha Sasuke" you say back and wait for him to speak.

He keeps his cool expression of his. You keep your face cool as well as the morning wind picks up your hair and sway it to one side.

You could have ignored him and kept walking. Normally you would have.
But you are too curious to walk off as if nothing has happened.

This is Sasuke.
The guy who doesn't speak first to people that much, or so you've heard...
You want to know what he had got to say.

The two of you stare at each other for a long time making no movement.

Finally, Sasuke breaks the silence by asking a question.

"Can I call you, Yu?"
